This bottom of door strip from Stormguard is an effective heavy-duty brush draught excluder. It provides a simple solution for stopping cold air from entering your room through the small gap beneath the door. It consists of two parts: a brush strip attached to the bottom of your door and a brush seal over the bottom gap. Suited to sliding, folding, and hinged doors in residential and commercial properties, this draught excluder can be easily cut to the correct size to suit your needs. The soft, long polypropylene brushes are able to sweep over various floor surfaces and it provides excellent performance while also elevating home insulation and lessening your energy bills. If needed, drill a 4mm hole 25mm from the end. To prevent unravelling, crimp the cut end with pliers after removing the brush from the carrier. Close the door and position the brush seal on the inside base, ensuring contact with the floor.
